Choose a service and request a proposal

Start with the business task, not a technical specification. Explain what happens today, what needs to change and how you would recognise a successful result.

Industry product pages are a starting point for discussing fit. Availability, compatibility and implementation scope are confirmed during enquiry; those pages do not offer automatic online purchase.

Prepare and send your enquiry

  1. Open Contact us.
  2. Complete Name, Email, Subject and Message, which are marked as required. Phone Number and Company are optional.
  3. In your message, describe your current Odoo version and edition if known, the affected workflow, the people involved and the result you need. For an integration, name the other system and explain which information should move between them.
  4. Include a redacted example if it helps explain the task. Keep passwords, access tokens and confidential customer records out of the form.
  5. Review your email address and message, then select Send Message when you are ready to send the enquiry.

Expected result

Your enquiry gives Corvus the context for a discussion and a scoped proposal. The service process separates understanding the work, agreeing it, delivery and review, and handover.

Limitations

An enquiry is not a purchase contract. Price, timing, deliverables and responsibilities need agreement. An assessment, delivery project and ongoing support may have separate scopes.

Troubleshooting

  • I do not know my version or need a complete specification: say what you know and describe the business problem. A finished specification is not required to start a discussion.
  • I need help with work already purchased: use customer support instead, with your reference.
  • The form does not confirm sending: keep a copy of your message and contact support@corvusnexus.com. Do not assume the enquiry was received just because the form opened.
