Open your customer portal and Cloud Console
Use the customer portal for your account, commercial records, app downloads and support. Use the Cloud Console for the available technical information and operations of a particular managed project.

The public Cloud Console offers product tours. Opening that address alone does not establish access to your project; start with the project's portal link.
Before you start
You need your Corvus Nexus account. To open a working Cloud project in the console, that account must be the registered owner of an entitled project. A public console tour does not provide access to a customer's environment.
Steps
- Open Sign in on Corvus Nexus and sign in using your existing account.
- Open your account menu and select My Account, or go directly to My account.
- For managed hosting, open Corvus Cloud projects. Choose the exact project you intend to inspect.
- Use the project-specific console link when offered, such as Open technical console. It hands your authorised project session to the separate console.
- Confirm the project name before reading its environment information or requesting an operation. The console does not ask for your Odoo password.
Expected result
Your commercial account remains in the portal. An eligible project opens its technical console through a one-use handoff. The public Console product tour remains useful for learning the interface before a project is available.
Troubleshooting
- “No managed cloud project is available”: check that you used the account connected to your engagement. The page says a project appears after business and payment authorisation. Ask support to check the association and current status.
- “Open the console from Odoo”: return to the Cloud projects page and use the project's console link, such as Open technical console. Opening the console URL alone does not establish project access.
- An expired or unsuccessful handoff: return to the portal and request a fresh handoff. Do not share or reuse a handoff URL.
- A missing service or record: include its project or order reference when contacting support; account menus vary with available records and permissions.
Limitations and verification
Guide version 1.1, Corvus Nexus web snapshot 28 October 2026 (UTC). The account menu, portal home, empty Cloud-project state, console tour and sign-in redirect were checked live in an existing administrator session. That account had no owned Cloud project; a customer project's successful handoff and dashboard were not exercised. The project-specific handoff instructions are also supported by the deployed getting-started page.
